Who We Are
Rio Mar Dental was our first business collaboration as a husband and wife dentist team. This incredible journey started from scratch in a remodeled 1920s Fullerton home turned private practice in July of 2014. Our doors opened for business in January 2015 with the goal of creating a practice that could truly serve and support their community while fulfilling a family life.
The vision was to expand on a unique practice where spending quality time with patients and fostering trust through honest work would result in a new dental experience centered around genuine care and personalized attention.
Our dedication and commitment to providing exceptional dental care resulted in a steadily growing patient base where we outgrew our "little blue house" on Euclid St. and expanded into a new location. This has allowed us to continue our mission of serving even more individuals and continue delivering top-notch dental care in our local Orange County community.
Get to know your Dentist
Meet Dr. Arianna Martinez,
Practicing dentistry over a decade, since 2010. Growing up in Orange County, California, she was surrounded by the world of dentistry from an early age with both her parents being dental professionals. She decided she wanted to continue the family tradition in the art of dentistry inspired by the beauty of transformation that could be achieved through orthodontics from first-hand experience and through her peers. Dr. Martinez graduated dental school from the University of LaSalle in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico and became WREB certified at the University of Southern California. Dr. Martinez enjoys dentistry because it allows her to meet new people every day and hear their unique stories. When she´s not crafting new smiles, she loves traveling, hiking, and camping with her husband, Dr. Rios Loaiza and their three children. Dr. Martinez loves discovering new foodie experiences, wine tasting, interior décor, and antiques hunting.
Meet Dr. Jose Rios Loaiza,
Who graduated from the University of LaSalle Bajio, Guanajuato in Mexico in 2007 and became WREB certified at the University of Southern California in 2011. Dr. Rios Loaiza enjoys his profession particularly in the art of implant and prosthetic dentistry as he appreciates the intricate nature of these specialties and the challenges they bring. Applying these skills allows him to continuously learn and grow in his field. His dedication to providing exceptional dental care shines through his compassionate approach and ensures that his patients feel comfortable and confident in his care. Dr. Rios Loaiza enjoys going mountain biking in his free time, cheering on his children at their sports games, and working on his Toyota Landcruisers.
